You’ll enjoy the convenient care provided by our on-site health and wellness professionals which include gerontologists, geriatricians, podiatrists, family nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and more.

To enhance the physical and emotional well being of our residents, we preserve a home-like setting at the Sullivan Health Center, Assisted Living.

Our state-of-the-art 'senior friendly' fitness center, complete with the latest fitness programs and equipment, will keep your mind and body healthy and fit. Here you can exercise following your own program or work out with our full-time instructor.

But our wellness services don’t stop there. Our newest addition, the Jay Carter Memorial Chapel, welcomes all denominations and reinforces our appreciation of providing for your spiritual health and well-being.
